Welcome to the Fliedner Residenz Bad Neuenahr. Welcome to a somewhat different living and nursing concept in the care of the elderly. Location

The Fliedner Residenz Bad Neuenahr is an art nouveau mansion situated in a central location of Bad Neuenahr, immediately on the Ahr promenade. Our roomy sun terrace offers a view of the gambling casino and spa theatre on the opposite side of the river. One can also sit in a shady inner courtyard.

The pedestrian zone is a few hundred meters distant, and also comfortably accessible for wheelchair users. Because of the central location, medical practices, physiotherapists, massagers, etc. are well represented in the immediate area. In order to reach the well-known Ahrtherme spa, you only have to cross a park.

The Fliedner Residenz Bad Neuenahr was recognised as one of the best inpatient care facilities in Rhineland-Palatine. In an examination of the medical service of the health insurance plan (MDK) Rhineland-Palatine, it was found that the Fliedner Residenz Bad Neuenahr, at that time still named Haus Abendfrieden, achieved outstanding results in the so-called "Facility-Oriented Quality Report".
