Service / Living

21 rental living units belong to the old age home with a living area between 39 and 52 square meters. One or two rooms, corridor, bath, kitchen, storage room, balcony or terrace, telephone and satellite connection (for TV) are standard furnishings. All living units are built barrier-free and connected to an emergency alarm system so that all tenants can feel safe from the first day on. Everyone furnishes his dwelling with his own furniture and personal belongings and can regulate his daily routine himself. The tenants simultaneously profit from the proximity to the other offerings of the facility.
Janitor service, help in case of an emergency, participation in the open lunch menu, and festivals and events are only a few examples. If the requirements for help and medical care become so great that remaining in one's own rooms is no longer an option, then residents are given preference for a place in the inpatient area.
From the first day on, a complete service is offered in 26 individual apartments with 22 square meters living area, bath and balcony: full board, laundry service, room cleaning and care around the clock. The apartments are designed for comfort and old-age friendliness. Furniture is available, but can be replaced or supplemented by your own furnishings. Small day rooms and two kitchenettes are additionally available to the tenants.
An additional 17 single and 26 double apartments are available for those who already require a high measure of care and help and the continual presence of our employees upon arrival. The double apartments are 24 square meters. They have a balcony and are furnished. But we are always happy when your own numerous personal objects give a totally individual nuance to the room.
