The home sector comprises four living areas with a total of seven houses in which the senior citizens of all care levels live together in small groups and are cared for and looked after according to an integrating concept. The accommodation is in 186 individual and 12 double rooms, with every room connected to its own bathroom. The rooms all have a telephone and cable TV connection, and can be comfortably furnished with own furniture. The nursing bed, bedside table and a clothes closet are in any case provided by the home.

Social living units for one and two person are offered in two interconnected buildings.

A certificate of eligibility for public housing is always required. The size of the living units: 37.78, 48.92 and 62.02 square meters. The price per square meter is 4.90 euros, incidental expenses are collected separately and billed annually.

All living units have a balcony as well as a separate cellar: an elevator is available. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the laundry room.

Cafeteria opened Sunday from 14.00 to 17.00 – Numerous events also take place here (concerts, slide show lectures, festivals, etc.)
