Modern living units for seniors in the heart of Gevelsberg

Located on a hill with a view of a little park, 29 modern living units for senior citizens have been created in Hochstrasse 22 in the middle of the city. It is only 100 meters from here to the centre for church and culture, and 150 meters to downtown Gevelsberg.

The access ways, living units and community rooms are designed barrier-free, and the various floors accessible by elevator. It is easy to use a wheelchair without difficulty.

Almost every dwelling has a balcony or a terrace with a view of the little park. The rooms have high-quality laminate flooring, and bathrooms furnished suitable for seniors. A cable connection is standard equipment. Additionally, all lodgers are entitled to a cellar or storage room. We maintain diverse community rooms for everyone's use – among others, "Grannies Good Parlour" and an Internet café. Furthermore a public café "City Café Bistro" is located in-house where you can indulge yourself with little snacks and home-made cake.

Additionally, we keep two guest apartments in readiness to be periodically rented for external guests such as relatives. Another advantage for the tenants: the janitor lives in the house.

The living units

Our living units and apartments are between 38 m² and 82 m² in size.
